Eustachio Nazareno Staffieri was born in Tocco da Casauria, Pescara, Abruzzo,
Italy on 19 September 1885. He made two departures from Naples and two
arrivals at Ellis Island, N.Y. His first departure was in 1907, his return
date to Italy in not known. In Tocco Casauria he married Camilla Croce
on 1st Feb 1912. After the birth of four children he returned to the US
alone for a second time, arriving Ellis Island on 19 September 1920, his
35th birthday . He settled in Southbridge, Massachusetts and died there
on 1st November 1934.
His wife Camilla (nee Croce) Staffieri was born in Tocco da Casauria, Abruzzo,
Italy on 18 April 1893. She arrived in the US in 1962. She died in Southbridge,
Mass. on 21 January 1975.
Eustachio Nazareno Staffieri parents were Domenico Staffieri DOB 1841 and Maria Concetta Iacuone-Staffieri DOB abt 1845. Camilla Croce-Staffieri parents were Giuseppe Croce DOB abt 1865 and Palmina Del Rosso DOB abt 1865.
The names of Eustachio and Camilla's four children are:
1. Concetta Staffieri. 1913. (died as an infant)
2. Domenico Staffieri 20 July 1914 to 16 Feb 2002.
3. Ercole Staffieri 4 Oct 1916 to 15 Jan 2004.
4. Quintino Staffieri DOB 15 Feb 1919.
